Image B: Rays from an object placed behind the focal point of a concave mirror, strike the mirror and are reflected back at different angles. A real image is formed at the point the rays meet in front of the mirror. Image C: Rays from an object placed closer to the concave mirror than its focal point, strike the mirror and spread out. A virtual image is formed behind the mirror.
