​It is required that you, the student, complete this form at the start of every week.
This is where you report what you will be working on in each class for that week.
​Be sure to write the exact name of each of your classes. 

*Note on the Civics Test: This is not a class for credit, it is a required test for graduation. So, for the attendance reporting form, don't list it. Just list your six regular classes.
